CAMPAIGN POLICY

Event and Campaign Privacy Policy

The EARTH MART Secretariat (operated by ORANGE AND PARTNERS CO., LTD.) has established the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information in events and campaigns.

1. Security Management of Personal Information

The committee will take necessary measures to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

2. Personal Information Collected

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the committee will collect the following personal information from users through appropriate method.
Name, gender, date of birth, address, postal code, prefecture, municipality, telephone number, email address, and social media-related information.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The committee will use the personal information provided for the following purposes. The committee will not use users’ personal information for any purpose other than those stated in this policy.

  1. To provide services for campaigns and events
  2. To send campaign-related items to users
  3. To contact and provide information to users when providing campaign services
  4. To respond to inquiries and questions from users

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The committee will manage the personal information entrusted to them appropriately and will not provide it to third parties except in the following cases.

  • When the individual has given their consent
  • When disclosure is permitted or required by law

5. Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, etc. of Personal Information

The committee understands that users have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of disclosure to third parties, and disclosure of records of disclosure to third parties regarding personal information held by the committee. And will promptly respond to such requests in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The contact point for requests is the same as in 6. below.
